Privacy and data use

Only the information needed to answer your request.

This plain-language notice covers the trip-request form. A professionally reviewed policy will replace it before Ternly accepts paid orders.

What the request form collects

The trip-request form collects your first name, email address, chosen airport or city, travel dates or flexibility, the support package shown to you, and any short note you choose to add. The Ternly Club list collects only your email and permission to send membership-opening updates.

What not to send

Do not send diagnoses, medical records, medical identification numbers, passport numbers, government identification, passwords, payment-card information, booking confirmation numbers, or exposed airline or hotel codes.

Why Ternly uses it

The information is used to evaluate your request, respond about fit and availability, prevent duplicate work, and prepare the next intake step if you choose to proceed.

Anonymous site measurement

If you choose “Yes, help improve it,” Ternly uses Google Analytics to count anonymous visits and selected button taps. It does not send trip-form answers, names, email addresses, booking details, or notes to Google. You can choose “No thanks” and still use the site.

Access and sharing

Request records are available to the Ternly owner and only to limited support workers when required for the service. Ternly does not sell request information or add you to marketing without separate permission.

Retention and deletion

The proposed pilot schedule deletes or anonymizes unconverted requests after 90 days. If you receive an email from Ternly, reply to that message to request access, correction, or deletion. Required payment, dispute, tax, or legal records may need a different retention period.

Important service boundary

Ternly provides independent planning guidance. The request form does not make a reservation, take payment, monitor a live trip, or create emergency support.
