Accessibility

Travel help should feel easier to use.

Ternly is being built for different ages, devices, bodies, attention styles, and ways of taking in information. This statement describes the current approach and how to report a barrier.

A site that works in more ways

Ternly aims to support keyboard use, screen readers, text resizing, touch controls, phone and tablet layouts, and reduced-motion settings. Important information should not depend on color alone.

Plain, readable information

We use direct language, visible headings, comfortable contrast, and clear action labels. Travel guidance is organized so you can scan it or move through it one step at a time.

Preferences, not diagnoses

You may describe what makes travel easier, such as more time, fewer transitions, quieter spaces, step-free routes, or written instructions. You do not need to share a diagnosis or medical record.

Supplier details need confirmation

Ternly can help organize questions and published information. Airlines, airports, hotels, and other suppliers control their services and must confirm any accommodation directly.

Tell us what got in the way

Use the Ask Ternly form and describe the page, task, device, or format that was difficult. Share only what helps us understand the barrier. Do not include a diagnosis, medical record, password, payment information, passport detail, or booking code.

We will acknowledge the report, offer a reasonable alternative when we can, and use the issue to improve the service. Ternly does not provide emergency or live-trip support.
